The database is updated continuously. For full functionality you need a user profile. Here you will find a detailed guide.

•     If you are accessing the new software from outside a customer network, you will only see the current scholarship for students.
•     Please note that the registration is only possible from customer institutions. As a registered user you can log in from everywhere. To register, first click on Login and then select the item "+ Create Account" at the bottom left of the login window. If required, you can also enter a different e-mail domain in the "E-mail address" field. The registration is multi-level: First you enter your data, then the system gives you a transitional password that you simply enter in the field provided enter. After you have agreed to save your information, you can set your password and a password question and answer.
•     It is possible and envisaged that a person from each customer facility can be entrusted with the task of looking after a customer entry page. Researchers, e.g. deposit certain focal points and / or current communications. These are then only visible from the network of the respective institution. Please contact us if you need such a FoRef profile.
•     We develop and test methods that allow ELFI information to be passed on to other systems within a customer facility (REST service). Talk to us about a corresponding release.
